Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what data VPNGP handles when providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services, why that data is processed, and how users can request access to or deletion of their information. Different data types serve different purposes; website operations data, account data, and order data are kept separate from network activity records.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. VPNGP processes the username, authentication credentials, and necessary account status that users submit to support login verification, subscription delivery, account security, and support tickets. Plan selections, order amounts, payment status, traffic usage, subscription status, and refund records generated in the user panel are used to fulfill orders, display account benefits, handle disputes, and complete necessary financial checks.

When users visit the marketing website or user panel, this service may process basic technical data such as access time, requested pages, browser type, device category, referring page, and error information. This data helps troubleshoot page issues, identify abnormal requests, assess usability, and produce aggregated visit statistics. Aggregated statistics improve the website and are not used to build browsing profiles for users on international routes.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy and Network Activity

VPNGP follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through this service, retain transmission content or DNS queries, or keep history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. Temporary technical status needed to establish a network connection is used only for the current session and route operation. It is not retained as connection logs after the session ends and is not organized into browsing history linked to usernames.

Traffic usage and subscription status needed to fulfill a plan are account metering information and do not include destinations or page content. Service diagnostics prioritize aggregated operational information that cannot reconstruct personal network activity. If a user submits troubleshooting materials, the content is used only to handle that ticket, and unrelated sensitive information should be removed before submission.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers, so the correct login and display state is maintained between pages. Identifiers needed for visit statistics are used only to distinguish sessions and generate aggregated data; they are not used to record destinations visited on international routes.

Users can clear this data through their browser settings. After it is cleared, the account may require another login, and language and interface preferences may return to their default states. Blocking necessary storage may prevent the user panel, order status, or subscription delivery features from working properly.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Boundaries

VPNGP supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant third-party payment service participates in payment confirmation and may receive the order identifier, amount, payment status, and information required by its own rules to complete the transaction. VPNGP receives the result needed to confirm whether an order is complete and does not collect data beyond what is needed for subscription fulfillment for payment purposes.

Third-party payment services handle information collected directly on their payment pages under their own privacy policies. After users leave a VPNGP page and enter a third-party payment environment, they should also review the rules displayed by that service. VPNGP does not sell account data or provide network activity records to payment services for targeted advertising.

Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account and subscription data is retained for as long as the account exists and the service requires it. Order and refund records are kept as long as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable compliance requirements. Once the processing purpose ends, relevant data is deleted or de-identified. Website security records and aggregated statistics are retained only for the period needed for operational analysis and troubleshooting and are not converted into user network activity profiles.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with their account. Before completing a deletion request, VPNGP verifies control of the account and handles any unfinished orders or disputes. Records that must be retained under applicable rules are subject to restricted use and will be deleted when the retention reason ends. Residual copies in backups are removed through the normal backup rotation process.

If this policy changes, the content and “Last updated” date on this page will be updated. Changes that materially affect the scope of data processing may also be announced through the website or user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users can review the updated policy and decide whether to keep their account.
