All clients, subscription details and plan actions are accessed through the user panel. These static pages do not provide direct installer links or display real subscription URLs. Keeping download access, plan status and subscription credentials within one account flow helps prevent an old configuration from being mistaken for the current one.
What VPNGP Provides
Keep accounts, plans, subscriptions, clients and routes distinct. Importing and troubleshooting become much easier once you understand how they differ.
Accounts, Plans and Clients Are Three Separate Layers
Your account identifies who a subscription belongs to, the plan determines its traffic allowance and active status, and the client reads the subscription and establishes the connection. They are linked, but they are not the same thing. Buying a plan does not give your browser cross-border connectivity automatically. You still need to open the user panel, obtain the client and subscription provided by this service, and import them on the relevant platform. Conversely, installing a client does not mean the plan is active. When troubleshooting, check in order that you can access the account, the plan is valid, the subscription updates successfully and the client has the correct route selected—instead of repeatedly uninstalling the software.
Think of the subscription link as the entry point the client uses to read route configuration. It provides the routes currently available to your account and syncs changes when updated. A subscription link is an account credential, so do not paste it into public webpages, screenshots or open discussions. If you suspect someone has seen it, reset the subscription in the user panel and import it again in your own clients. What Traffic, Routes and Device Counts Mean
VPNGP monthly subscriptions include a fixed traffic allowance that resets each month on the activation date. Unlimited devices means one subscription can be used on your own Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux devices without creating a separate plan for each system. It does not mean traffic is calculated separately per device; all devices share the allowance in the account plan. System updates, cloud-sync jobs and high-bitrate playback across several devices can therefore produce concentrated usage. The country or region determines where external services see the exit location, while the route type reflects how traffic reaches that exit. The same region may offer IEPL, relay or direct routes, so do not choose by name alone. Ongoing sessions such as sign-ins and research prioritize stability; downloads and streaming prioritize sustained throughput; temporary access can favor a more direct path. What Happens During a Connection
When the client starts connecting, requests from local applications first go to the client, then travel through the selected route to the exit region before reaching the destination service. Responses return to the device along the corresponding path. A change at any point can appear as an unreachable webpage, a changed sign-in state, playback buffering or only some applications failing. Troubleshooting requires distinguishing between “the client did not establish a connection,” “the route is connected but the destination is not responding” and “system traffic is not being sent through the client.” One webpage loading cannot describe the state of the entire path.
Clients commonly offer global, rule-based or per-application modes. The labels vary by platform, but the principles are the same: global mode makes it easy to verify that all traffic uses the current route; rule-based mode suits regular use by choosing paths according to configuration; per-application mode is useful when only selected programs should connect. For initial setup, use the client’s default mode and complete the connection before changing system proxies, routing rules or name-resolution settings. Add advanced options one at a time after the basic connection is stable so you can identify the change that caused any problem.
Choose a Plan Based on Your Traffic Habits
Start with how you use the service, then compare monthly subscriptions with never-expiring traffic packages instead of deciding on one-time price alone.
Monthly Plans Suit Regular Use
There are three monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, so the billing cycle follows the actual activation date rather than the calendar month. Consider your usual activities: text messaging and research are generally steady, while image-heavy websites, software updates, cloud sync and streaming create more sustained transfers. If you connect only in a few fixed situations, the 60GB tier is a practical starting point for observing usage. Traffic Packages Suit Occasional Use
Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They work differently from monthly plans: monthly plans suit steady recurring needs, while traffic packages suit irregular use when you want unused traffic to remain available. Do not convert package prices into an unstated monthly fee or assume future usage will stay constant. Consider your usage cycle, how often you pause service and whether a larger one-time purchase works for you.
Never expiring means unused traffic is not cleared by a monthly reset; it does not change the need to protect your account credentials. When returning after a long pause, open the user panel to confirm the subscription status, then update the subscription in your client. Do not rely on route copies saved years ago. Route lists can change and local client caches can become outdated; syncing again ensures the device reads the current configuration.
How to Think About Mid-Cycle Upgrades
When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. This means an upgrade does not simply add the old and new traffic allowances together, and you should not calculate the final active status outside the page. Open the user panel to see the actual result and continue only after confirming it. If a large transfer is a one-off event, decide whether it reflects a lasting change or a temporary task. The former calls for comparing monthly tiers; the latter is also worth comparing with a never-expiring traffic package.
Before choosing a plan, confirm that your payment method is ready. VPNGP supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After payment, do not submit the same order again; return to the account overview and check its status first. If the page still looks unpaid, refresh the order record or reopen the user panel. Create an Account and Place an Order
The account is the shared entry point for plans, orders and subscriptions. Sort out your credentials and order status before configuring the client.
Create an Account You Can Keep Secure
Open the user panel through the “Start Free” entry on the page. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Choose a username you can remember but do not reuse as a public nickname, and store the password separately from other websites. Because the account does not depend on an email address, credential storage matters especially. After creating the account, confirm that you can enter the account overview normally before purchasing. If your browser uses autofill, make sure it saved the correct account for this site rather than one from another account.
Avoid creating different accounts in several browsers and then trying to work out which one was paid. A safer approach is to use one account for purchasing, downloads and subscription access, then sign in to that same account from your other devices. Unlimited devices means there is no need to create a separate account for each device. One account also makes it easier to track remaining traffic, order status and whether the subscription needs updating.
Check Three Details Before Ordering
After opening the plans area, check the plan type, traffic allowance and reset rules. A monthly subscription should show its monthly price and traffic allowance; a traffic package should state that it remains available until used and never expires. Do not focus only on the price near the button or compare monthly subscriptions and traffic packages as if they followed the same usage model. Then choose Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and complete payment through the panel.
Keep the original order page accessible after the payment page opens. Once payment is complete and you return to the panel, check the order record and account overview first. If the plan is active, there is no need to click the payment entry again. If the status has not updated, reopen the overview and check again. Do not create a series of new orders to test whether payment arrived. Order status, plan status and payment-page messages are separate interface states and may update at different times; use the account status in the user panel as the final basis for action.
The Right Order After Purchase
Once the plan is active, open the client-download area and get the client provided for your platform. Then open the subscription area and copy or import the current account subscription. Next, update the route list and choose a region to connect. Do not look elsewhere for a similarly named installer before the plan is active, and do not use someone else’s configuration as a test. This site delivers clients and subscriptions through the user panel so account status and route configuration stay aligned.
For your first setup, complete the entire process on one frequently used device. After confirming that it can update the subscription, display routes and connect successfully, repeat the same process on other devices. This separates account issues from platform issues: if the first device fails, solve the subscription or account problem first; if it works but another device does not, focus on that platform’s import permissions, system proxy and client settings.
How to Record Purchase and Activation Details
Monthly traffic resets on the activation date, so record the activation date and selected plan in a secure place of your own. You do not need to save the full subscription link; the account name, plan type and reset point are enough for a reminder. Since traffic packages never expire, review the remaining balance in the account overview periodically instead of relying on a calendar-month reminder. When an upgrade converts the price difference into remaining days, use the panel’s displayed status as the source of truth.
If you plan to configure several devices immediately after payment, still verify the connection on one device first. You can use the account credentials on your own devices, but do not forward the subscription link through public chat history or a shared clipboard. Get, Import and Update Your Subscription
A subscription is not a one-time route file; it is the entry point the client uses to keep retrieving the current route configuration.
Get the Subscription from the User Panel
After signing in to the user panel, confirm that the plan is active before opening the subscription or client area. The page may offer options to copy the subscription, import it into the client or open it for a specific platform. Prefer the entry matching your current device, since platforms handle link launching and configuration formats differently. After copying, go straight back to the client to import it. Do not paste the link into a search box, online checker or public document first.
Real subscription URLs usually contain credentials that identify the account, so this guide uses only clearly fake values in examples. The example illustrates what “copy the entire link” means, but it cannot establish a real connection. Use the content supplied by the user panel and ensure that the beginning, ending and parameters in the middle were not wrapped or omitted by a chat tool.

For manual paste, find “Add subscription,” “Import from link” or a similar entry in the client. Give the subscription an identifiable name, save it and run an update. The name is only for local organization; you can call it VPNGP or identify its device purpose, and it does not change route capabilities. After saving, a route list should appear. If you see only a subscription name and no routes, the update probably has not run or did not complete.
Updating the Subscription Is Not Rebuying It
“Update subscription” in the client rereads the current route list. It does not create an order or change the selected plan. When route names change, available regions shift or the local cache seems wrong, update the subscription first. Afterward, check whether the previously selected route still exists. If the client keeps an old item that has changed, select the current route from the list and connect again.
Some clients update automatically at startup, while others require a manual action. Either way, there is no need to delete and re-add the subscription repeatedly. Deletion can also remove local selections, rules or per-application settings, widening the troubleshooting scope. Normal maintenance should begin with an update; consider reimporting only after confirming that the subscription cannot be read. If several platforms cannot update, return to the account panel and check the plan and subscription status. If only one platform fails, first inspect that client’s network permissions and link integrity.
Recognize an Incomplete Copy or an Expired Cache
An incomplete copy commonly causes an immediate format error or leaves the client with no routes after saving. Remove extra spaces at both ends of the input, confirm that the link is on one line and copy it again from the user panel. Do not edit credential parameters manually or replace the address with an example from another site. An expired cache is more likely to show old routes while updates continue to fail. Disconnect first, update the subscription and, if needed, close and reopen the client so an old session does not hold the configuration.
If the subscription updates but one route cannot connect, do not reset the subscription immediately. Compare another route in the same region or a different route type. If the alternatives work, the issue is likely limited to the original path. If every route fails, check system time, client permissions, system proxy and account status. Resetting a subscription is for credentials that need replacing or may have been exposed; it is not a universal response to every connection failure.
Protect Subscription Credentials in Daily Use
Unlimited devices does not mean the subscription should be used anywhere other than devices you control. Before selling, handing over or retiring a device, delete the subscription from the client and sign out of the account; removing a desktop shortcut does not clear its configuration. If you must work temporarily on a shared computer, sign out of the user panel and clear the subscription record from the client afterward. When sharing troubleshooting screenshots, crop out the subscription URL, account name and QR codes that could identify credentials. Keep only the error and setting names.
If you pasted the subscription somewhere public, delete the public copy first, then reset the subscription in the user panel and replace the old subscription in all your own clients. After resetting, do not use the old link as a test entry. Update devices one by one, starting with your most-used platform, and confirm that the new subscription can read routes before moving on. Import on Five Platforms
The entry names differ by platform, but the full workflow is always: get the client, import the subscription, update routes, authorize the connection and choose an exit.
Windows: Check System Permissions and Proxy Status First
On Windows, sign in to the user panel and get the client provided for this service from the download area. After installation, open it and use the interface to enter subscription management, paste the subscription from the user panel and run an update. Once routes appear, choose a frequently used region and start the connection. If Windows asks for network access or connection permissions, verify the application name before allowing the VPNGP client to perform the required actions. After connecting, do not run another tool that modifies the system proxy or network adapters at the same time, as the two configurations may overwrite each other.
If the client says it is connected but the browser still uses the old path, fully quit the browser and reopen it. Then check whether the client’s system-proxy switch is enabled in its default mode. If only one program fails to connect, see whether it uses its own proxy, ignores system settings or is excluded by a per-application rule. After Windows wakes from sleep, disconnect and reconnect instead of reinstalling immediately. When the system network changes, an old session may remain visible in the client; establishing a fresh session is usually easier to assess than changing many parameters.
macOS: Confirm Network Extension Authorization
On macOS, get the matching client from the user panel as well. On the first connection, the system may ask to allow network configuration or a related extension. After granting permission, return to the client, confirm that the subscription has updated and that the route list is visible, then choose a route and connect. If you closed the authorization window, check System Settings for pending items under network, privacy or extensions. Do not repeatedly import the subscription before authorization is complete; reading the subscription and allowing the system to establish a connection are separate steps.
If the client status appears in the menu bar but webpages still fail, check for other network services, a manual proxy or an old configuration running at the same time. Keep one connection method active while completing the basic check, then restore other settings. After waking from sleep, switching from wired to wireless or changing networks, reconnect to the current route. If the client can update the subscription but cannot establish any route, focus on system authorization. If only one exit fails, switch routes instead of clearing the system network configuration.
iOS: Open the Matching Setup Flow from the User Panel
On iOS, use the entry provided by the user panel. After preparing the client, add the subscription through the import method shown in the panel. The first connection usually triggers system-level network configuration confirmation; the session cannot be established until you allow it. A successful import means the client displays regions and routes, not merely a configuration name. Select a route, connect and then use a browser to verify the exit.
The system may reassess the connection when the network environment changes. If a page stops loading after switching from wireless to another available network, return to the client, check the session state, disconnect and reconnect. If only one app fails, test the same destination in a browser first to determine whether the issue is the app’s cache or regional session. Do not install several network configurations serving the same purpose; overlapping configurations make the status bar and actual traffic path difficult to reconcile. When changing clients or stopping use, delete the subscription from the old client first, then remove unneeded network configurations in System Settings.
Android: Watch Background Operation and Battery Rules
On Android, get the client from the user panel, then import the subscription and update the routes. During the first connection, confirm the system’s network-connection request. If the connection often drops after the screen locks, check background operation and battery-management settings for the client rather than looking only for a route problem inside the app. Manufacturers handle background tasks differently; the goal is to let the client keep running while connected and avoid multiple apps competing for the same network permission.
Per-application mode is useful when selected apps should use the current route, but it is not recommended for the initial setup. First use the default mode to verify browser access, then add application rules gradually. If the browser works but the target app fails after per-app settings are enabled, check whether the app is included or excluded and fully close and reopen it after changing the rule. Linux: Distinguish GUI Clients from Command-Line Environments
On Linux, first use the user panel to confirm which client and access method are available for this service. In a graphical environment, the process resembles desktop platforms: add the subscription, update routes, choose an exit and authorize the connection. In a command-line environment, pay closer attention to configuration-file locations, current-user permissions and whether the service has reloaded. Do not treat fake examples shown on webpages as production configuration, and do not leave a real subscription URL in terminal history.
If you import a configuration file, first save a local backup without exposed credentials, then use the client’s own validation feature to check the syntax. After updating the configuration, use the client-supported reload method rather than starting multiple instances. If a client process exists but requests do not use the route, check whether the current terminal environment, system proxy variables and routing belong to the same session. “Connected” is only a client status. You must also confirm that the traffic path, exit region and actual applications behave as expected.
Start with a Minimal Basic Check

Do not download files, play video and switch among several routes at the same time; each adds another variable. If the exit is unchanged before and after connecting, check whether the client only updated the subscription without actually starting the connection, or whether the system proxy or network extension is disabled. If the exit changed but the target app still fails, the basic path is probably working; investigate app cache, account region, the destination service’s session or route type instead. Separating “the route is connected” from “a particular account can sign in” prevents endless client changes.
Use Comparisons to Isolate Route Problems
The comparison method changes only one condition at a time. If the current region does not work, try another route in the same region. If that restores access, the original path is the more likely issue. If the region as a whole does not meet your needs, choose a nearby region or an exit suited to the destination service. Do not click through many routes rapidly while the old session is still being released. After each switch, wait for the client to clearly show connected before reopening the destination.
IEPL, relay and direct routes suit different network conditions. Dedicated routes are generally used when path stability matters; relay routes add an intermediate path that can improve performance on some networks; direct routes are more straightforward but can be more affected by local networks and cross-border links. None should be treated as best for every situation. The most useful approach is a small comparison on the same device, network and destination, recording which route type works best in your usual environment.
What to Check When Webpages Work but an App Does Not
If the browser works but a standalone app does not, fully quit the target app and reopen it so it does not reuse a session created before connecting. Then check whether the client has per-app rules enabled and whether the target app is excluded. Some apps use their own network settings or retain regional caches, so refreshing the interface after switching routes may not help. You can sign out of the app, clear the cache it allows you to clear and start a new session, but do not delete the entire client configuration first.
For destinations such as ChatGPT and Gemini, choose an exit that matches the account’s normal usage environment and offers a stable connection. Avoid frequent region changes within one session, which can make sign-in state and regional checks inconsistent. How to Assess Streaming, Downloads and Long-Lived Connections
Playback starting does not guarantee stable transfer afterward. First confirm that the regional content is correct, then watch for buffering during playback. If playback starts normally but repeatedly stalls, try another route type in the same region and check whether other devices are using the shared plan allowance for large transfers. Unlimited devices does not remove the shared impact of simultaneous downloads; several devices consume the same network and plan traffic.
When a download stops, pause it first, switch routes and establish the connection again. Do not let the downloader keep retrying across old and new sessions, or it will be difficult to identify where the interruption occurred. Meetings, remote documents and long sign-in sessions prioritize continuity. Before starting, choose a route you have already verified and pause unnecessary background sync. For important tasks, avoid changing exit regions repeatedly while the task is underway.

Set a Simple Maintenance Order
You do not need to reimport the subscription before every use. When the client shows current routes and connects normally, keep the existing configuration. Update the subscription only when the route list is clearly old, a frequently used region is missing or several routes stop working at once. After updating, select a route again and complete one exit check. This is safer than deleting the configuration because local rules, per-app settings and verified route preferences remain available.
After a system update, client update or network change causes a problem, first confirm that permissions are still active. On Windows, focus on the system proxy; on macOS and iOS, network-configuration authorization; on Android, background operation; and on Linux, runtime permissions and configuration loading. Do not change the subscription, route and client settings all at once after a system update. Test the original configuration first so you can tell whether the change came from the system or the service path.
Watch Traffic Instead of Guessing
Monthly traffic resets on the activation date, and usage is visible in the user panel. When traffic rises quickly, check cloud sync, system updates, automatic downloads and streaming before assuming the client itself is consuming large amounts. Unlimited devices means multiple devices share the account allowance, and a rarely used device may still transfer data in the background. Pause background tasks one device at a time and observe the account traffic to locate the main source.
Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Maintenance focuses on protecting the account and periodically confirming that the subscription still updates. Delete the subscription from devices that are retired for a long time so a transferred device does not retain the configuration. When returning, get the current subscription from the panel and update the routes instead of relying on an old screenshot or file. If you reconsider a monthly plan versus a traffic package, base the choice on future usage rather than traffic already consumed.
Avoid Status Confusion When Renewing or Upgrading
Before renewing, open the account overview and confirm the current plan, then go to the plans area. Do not continue from an old payment page in browser history; it may belong to an order that was already completed or canceled. Choose a plan, pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and return to the panel to check the account status. If payment has not synced, reopen the overview rather than creating a duplicate order.
A mid-cycle upgrade converts the price difference into remaining days, and the user panel determines the final result. The client usually does not need to be reinstalled after an upgrade, but updating the subscription once is recommended to confirm that the route list and account status are normal. If a long download is running, update after it finishes to reduce interruptions from switching sessions. An upgrade changes plan capacity and status; it does not replace route selection or local-network troubleshooting.
Device Changes, Transfers and Account Security
When changing devices, get the client, import the subscription and verify the connection on the new device first. Then sign out of the user panel on the old device and delete its subscription. This confirms the migration while preventing the old device from retaining credentials. If the old device is inaccessible and may still contain the subscription, reset it in the panel and have your current devices import the subscription again. Resetting invalidates the old subscription, so allow time to update your other devices.
Do not keep the account password and subscription link together in one publicly visible note. When sharing your screen or submitting troubleshooting details, close windows containing the account overview and subscription information. No email address is required, which simplifies registration but also means you cannot rely on an email recovery flow if credentials are forgotten. Use a reliable password manager. The service cannot determine which unlimited devices you still control, so device cleanup remains your responsibility.
When to Submit a Ticket
After basic troubleshooting, open a ticket from the user panel if the same issue affects multiple platforms, regions and route types. Include the platform, network-environment category, action taken when the issue began, whether the subscription updates, whether the client shows connected and whether the exit changes, along with the route types already tested. Do not submit the full subscription link or password. A clear reproduction path is more useful than “it does not work.”

Move Gradually from Default Mode to Rules
Configure routing rules only after the default connection is stable. The basic idea is to send requests that need a particular exit through the route and handle the rest through the local network. This reduces unnecessary path changes and can prevent local services from triggering extra checks when the exit region changes. Before configuring rules, list the applications or websites that genuinely need them. Do not import a large ruleset from an unknown source; the more complex the rules, the harder it is to locate a misclassification.
After adding rules, test the same destination both through and outside the route. A website may use several domains, so the main page can work while images or sign-in components fail, indicating incomplete coverage. Check the client’s connection log, identify the domain handled incorrectly and make the smallest possible change. Do not switch all traffic to global mode indefinitely to fix one resource; global mode is better for temporary diagnosis, while rules suit verified daily use.
The Limits of Per-Application Routing

First confirm whether the rule means “only selected apps connect” or “selected apps are excluded”; the interfaces can look similar. After changing it, fully quit and reopen the target app so it creates a new network session. Background services, update components and embedded browser pages may run as separate processes, so adding only the main program may still leave some content unreachable.
If an app needs both local and international services, a simple per-app split may be too coarse; domain rules may be more suitable. Conversely, when the requirement is clear and only one fixed program should use the current route, per-app mode is simpler than maintaining a long domain list. The right choice depends on how clearly the boundary is defined, not on having more features. Keep a written record of included apps and separately routed domains so the setup is easier to reproduce on another device.
Organize Shared Use Across Devices

Do not force every device to use exactly the same routes and rules.
When troubleshooting multiple devices, use one known-working device as a baseline. If it works on the same network, the issue is more likely the other device’s permissions or configuration. If all devices fail on the current network but recover on another, focus on the current access environment. If no network or device can update the subscription, return to the account status. Cross-comparison is faster than reinstalling each device and does not damage a device that already works.

Some users want TVs, gaming devices or terminals that cannot easily run a client to share one connection, so they consider a router setup. A router can provide a shared path to connected devices, but it also concentrates configuration, performance demands and the scope of failures in one place. A whole-home setup suits stable needs and users willing to maintain network configuration. It is less suitable when one app needs frequent region changes. A router failure can affect the entire local network, so retain an administrative path that bypasses the configuration and verify the subscription and routes on a separate device first. Privacy Habits and the Limits of a Connection Service
VPNGP follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and does not record browsing content. A connection service can change the network exit and transmission path, but it cannot replace privacy settings on your accounts. Browser sign-in states, website cookies, publicly posted information and app-account details may still identify a user. If you need separate work and personal environments, use independent browser profiles and avoid carrying unrelated sign-in sessions across an exit change.
Do not assume that a changed exit automatically clears all local information. Browser caches, system name resolution, in-app sign-ins and file metadata are separate layers and should be managed separately. On shared devices, signing out, deleting the subscription and clearing unneeded configuration after use matters more than frequently changing routes. Handle sensitive credentials on devices you control and keep the system and client maintainable.
Create a Recoverable Personal Configuration
After finishing advanced settings, keep a configuration note that contains no real subscription URL. Record the default region, usual route type, routing principles, per-app scope and required system permissions for each platform. Do not publicly back up configuration files containing account credentials. During migration, install the client provided by this service, get a fresh subscription from the user panel and restore local rules from the note. This preserves your habits without allowing old credentials to spread with a file.
As configuration grows more complex, simplify it regularly. Remove unused app rules, merge duplicate domains and confirm that backup routes still come from the current subscription. If a problem becomes difficult to explain, temporarily return to default mode: keep the subscription, disable custom routing and connect with a verified route. Once the basic state is restored, enable rules one at a time. Being able to roll back matters more than configuring many options at once.
