Service Coverage and Scope

VPNGP provides network acceleration subscriptions covering 100+ countries / 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Within an active subscription and available traffic allowance, users may choose routes to improve cross-border access and connection paths to international websites.

Route locations, types, and access methods may change with network conditions, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation. Third-party websites, applications, and content platforms are managed by their respective operators. Their content, account rules, regional policies, and feature changes are outside VPNGP's control. The service provides network connectivity and does not guarantee access to any third-party content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription information, and user panel access, and are responsible for activity on their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, change the password promptly and stop sharing the relevant information.

An active subscription supports unlimited devices, but is intended only for the subscriber and reasonable personal use. Do not resell, rent out, or publicly share subscription information, or provide the service to unspecified parties through shared credentials, divided traffic allowances, or access on their behalf. The account holder is responsible for traffic use, credential invalidation, or account risks caused by public sharing.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. When a subscription is upgraded, the price difference is converted into remaining days. The user panel is the definitive source for available traffic, active status, and order records.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm that their specific use case is lawful. The service must not be used to infringe others' lawful rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, commit fraud, or engage in other unlawful activity.

Do not probe, attack, excessively consume, or damage VPNGP routes, systems, or the user panel, and do not attempt to bypass normal subscription, billing, or permission controls. If use affects other subscribers' normal connections, VPNGP may take necessary traffic management, route restriction, or risk-control measures.

Service Availability and Liability

Cross-border network connections may be affected by local operators, international links, device environments, system settings, third-party platform changes, and scheduled maintenance. VPNGP will maintain its routes and user panel within reasonable limits, but does not guarantee that every region, device, route, or third-party service will perform consistently at all times.

For interruptions, speed changes, or feature limitations caused by user device configurations, network environments, third-party service changes, force majeure, or events beyond reasonable control, VPNGP will make reasonable efforts to provide troubleshooting guidance, but is not liable for resulting indirect losses, loss of expected benefits, or third-party actions. Mandatory legal requirements take precedence.

Suspension and Termination

In cases including serious violations of these terms, reselling or publicly sharing subscriptions, disrupting service operations, infringing others' rights, or using the service for unlawful activity, VPNGP may suspend route access, restrict account features, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. To verify unusual activity, the service may require users to submit necessary information through the user panel.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Route access will end when a subscription expires, traffic is exhausted without replenishment, or an account is terminated under these terms. Termination does not affect orders, traffic usage records, or legally applicable responsibilities arising before termination.

Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance

VPNGP may revise these terms due to changes in service coverage, technical conditions, operating rules, or applicable law. Updated content will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect usage will be highlighted through visible notices on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.

Refund eligibility and application scope are governed by the separate refund policy; a full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment.
